When you make a purchase, an order confirmation will promptly reach you and also be communicated to Printful. From there, your order enters the production and shipping pipeline.

No Returns

Once a product has been dispatched to a customer, returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for products that have already entered the production process. Refunds maybe available on cancellation request, see below.

Cancellations

Cancellations are contingent upon the status of the order. If an order has progressed to the production stage, the no-refund policy comes into effect. To request an order cancellation, kindly utilize our Contact Form and reference your order number.
