Hi guys, girls, non-bines! Please check out my brand new merch. That's right. You can buy everything from t-shirts to hoodies to cushions to face masks with my own original designs.
This is a huge deal for me as I actually wanted to set up a t-shirt/clothing business, back in 2015 and even attended a Prince's Trust workshop for it, completing a Level 1 or 2 (I can't remember), in Business Enterprise. Believe it or not, tis very much true! I also hold an Irish equivalent of a GCSE in higher level Business Studies, which was a shock to myself and my high school teacher at the time. Tales for another time maybe.
So what happened? Well, I bought the transfer paper, deciding that was the best way for me to initially start everything up, came up with a brand name and bought a bulk pack of plain t-shirts and even drew up a solid business plan. If I ever find the original designs for that go-around, I'll post them to Instagram but yeah that's basically as far as I got with it. I think I started filming 'The House Of Screaming Death' and I'd just landed a new job as a sales advisor so the t-shirt thing was put on the back-burner.
That was 2015! So fast forward to a couple of months back, 2020, while busy updating my website, side note; I usually throw a youtube, music playlist on my PC and work on my laptop, so yeah one day, this video popped up with this guy talking about how he started his own 'print-on-demand' store using Teespring. My curiosity was peaked and I decided to check it all out!
I'll do a review article on the pros and cons of Teespring at a later date but for now, please head over to my store; https://teespring.com/stores/leah-solmaz-store
